Joris Poggensee
Joris is a project manager for talent, startups, and knowledge transfer at the IZET Innovation Center in Itzehoe. He builds networks between founders, companies, and universities and facilitates knowledge transfer. He shares his practical experience part-time as an instructor at the Schleswig-Holstein Cooperative State University.
After completing a dual degree program at the DHSH, he earned a master’s degree in Digital Business Management from Kiel University of Applied Sciences. This program equips professionals for digital transformation and is characterized by hands-on projects, small groups, and an international network. He wrote his master’s thesis in collaboration with IZET on a sustainable ESG strategy for the InnoQuarter Itzehoe.
In his free time, Joris Poggensee stays fit through strength training and martial arts, enjoys hiking, and takes every opportunity to travel.
